Yoga: the gateway to meditation

Yoga is meditation. Meditation is the purpose of yoga.

Yoga is meditation. Meditation is the purpose of yoga.

Aimed at people who are just starting out or have already begun. Beginners and pre-intermediate level.

If you practise but don’t have a personal daily routine.

A programme guided specifically in Spanish. So, you can practise the language and improve your understanding

Main objective:

To internalise the individual practice of yoga and meditation as a discipline, and to establish a personal practice as a habit

Specific objectives:

By the end of the programme, you will practise yoga asanas on your own, with complete safety and confidence, and you will be able to create your own sequences for your morning practice. But, most importantly, you will have created your own space for meditation, your commitment to yourself

To understand the benefits of asanas so that you can choose your practice according to your goals and how you feel.

Key elements of the programme:

-Aligning yourself with your purpose. Even if you’re not sure which direction you’re heading in. Finding peace and a unique space just for you, away from the usual hustle and bustle, so you can listen to yourself and really feel.

-Putting yourself first, taking a break, and focusing solely on yourself, to discover what you truly need and want

-Learning to listen to your intuition. Once the mind calms down, intuition becomes more apparent. Intuition – that knowledge from the soul that emerges when we keep the ego in check

-Bringing mind and body into balance: the essence of the discipline of yoga. This is just the beginning, because it is a long journey – let’s not kid ourselves. Creating a habit that develops into self-discipline, gradually becoming your space of inner calm, is the best gift we can give ourselves. Meditation is the true purpose of yoga. If you already have some experience, take it further

-If you are a beginner, start practising meditation and accept that it is a challenging yet beautiful process – a commitment to yourself that becomes immensely rewarding over time. Consistency is key. ANAPANA is the beginning of mindfulness; this is where meditation begins

-If that is the case, develop or enhance your innate but forgotten abilities for healing, correcting patterns, and connecting with your ancestral wisdom. Reclaim your power and your own sovereignty. Learn to take your rightful place and put everything else where it belongs

-Where applicable, develop or enhance our innate but forgotten abilities for healing, correcting patterns, and connecting with your ancestral wisdom. Reclaim your power and your own sovereignty. Learn to take your rightful place and put others where they belong

-Practise yoga. During our practice, intensity matters more than quantity. It is not about doing but about feeling, about achieving perfect harmony between movement and breath, about perceiving what even the subtlest movement generates in your body, increasing your body’s proprioception, as well as unblocking and learning to channel your energy.

It sounds like a lot, and it is.
But, in reality, everything is intimately connected. One thing leads to another.
