Immersion learning allows you to immerse in both the language and the culture simultaneously. In its purest form, immersion learning involves spending every day focusing intensely on language learning for short periods. You will be hard-pressed to find a faster, more fun, more effective, or more stimulating way of learning a language!

So, what will we do? We will learn the topics according to our level and practice also in real contexts. For example, we will go to the local weekly market, we will talk to people, do the shopping, cook some food (if you like), taste some Mallorcan products, visit a place of interest, and speak, speak... You will need "to solve" every situation, but, do not worry, people are always willing to help!

This is the best way to learn and notice a big change in a short time, with formal and professional tuition but also in informal situations, in a relaxed way, outside the confined context of a classroom. 
 

And, you will also have time for yourself, of course. The location is close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island like Es Trenc, and full of fantastic possibilities for cycling, hiking, going to the beach, visiting las salinas, the salt mines, where the famous Flor de Sal sea salt comes from, having lunch or dinner in cool restaurants, and tasting a glass of wine at sunset...

It is possible to book an individual Program, or a Private small Group, for example, for couples or groups of three.

The Programme 

Starting at 8 am with a coffee or tea (we also can discuss our schedule)

From 8.15 am to 12.15 pm morning lessons, from Monday to Friday, with a break of 30 minutes for breakfast, plus one session of 2,5 hours for practising during a special and fun activity

Combination of different activities during our sessions, including in real contexts with the purpose to practise what we are learning and also holding informal conversations

The 30-hour Programme will have two fun activities late in the afternoon as well, for the rest of the days you can enjoy your free time as you wish! We will close the programme together to make it as pleasant as possible for you.

I am a yoga practitioner and instructor (I think that would be the correct way to say it). If you would like to include Yoga in your Programme before our lessons, please, let me know! Then, we will start and finish earlier our sessions in the morning.

Description of this Spanish Immersion Programme

-Fun Immersion Language experience for people who wish to learn or enhance the Spanish language outside the usual academies or centres and live between locals

The place

You will be my guest(s) in a beautiful Mallorcan traditional villa located in Ses Salines, Mallorca, close to Santanyí and la Colonia de St Jordi. You will enjoy a very spacious double room with a private bathroom ensuite and a dressing room during the Programme. The house has a lot of space -with a garden, different terraces, a pool, and a patio or courtyard to feel comfortable and have a lovely time in one of the most charming villages on the island with some trendy restaurants and cool little shops.

Depending on the kind of Program, Individual or small Private Group, the price will be different. Please, ask for further information according to the Program you wish. It is advisable to book in advance to offer you the right dates for you!
